Bed Sharing & Stay Policies

Bed Sharing Info

Our standard Swiss Tents are highly configurable. We provide King size wooden beds for couples and individual standard single beds for group sharing tours. Triple or quad sharing layouts can be adjusted with extra rollaway mattresses upon request during check-in or booking.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard Check-in time is 02:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and might incur nominal charges.

Custom Group Bookings

Travelling with more than 15 members? We offer dormitory Swiss tent stays with custom layouts where all beds are configured together. Send us an inquiry or call our resort office directly for custom rates and details.

Cancellation Policy

Enjoy free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will attract a charge equal to one night stay.
